Harbor Dog gets up bright and early to head down to the wharf and help out any way he can.
Today he catches a boat’s line, helps deliver newspapers to a nearby island and saves a runaway hat from sinking into the waves. Along the way he makes new friends who thank him for his good deeds. After a long day he’s about to head off alone...when his friends call out for him to come home with them!
